Originally from Russia, Ksenia has relocated to Australia in 2009 after finishing a Bachelor Degree in Linguistics. Ksenia originally started her career in the sales industry, achieving numerous sales awards and during the process also coached hundreds of sales representatives across Australia, which then inspired her to create her own sales and marketing agency in consulting, partnering and achieving multi-million dollar results for her clients.

After several years, Ksenia realised that her passion was in helping start-up companies grow from concept to market execution and strategy. Years later, this then led Ksenia into working with the Gold Coast Innovation Hub, an emerging hub for tech innovation and enterprise that enables entrepreneurs, business leaders and key industries to achieve stronger commercial outcomes, more international exposure, better access to funding and venture capital and closer collaboration with government organisations. Its key strengths are in funding, growth strategy and mentoring for start-up technology companies. Ksenia hosts an amazing set of skills and is a public speaker to Entrepreneurs, CEO’s and Marketing Executives, including facilitating and delivering tailored solutions and training for technology companies taking their technology product from concept, design and creation right through to venture capital raising, market strategy and execution.

Furthermore, Ksenia is a Co-Founder, product design and marketing strategist for CryptoHub, an educational platform on how to invest in crypto currencies safely and securely.
